This newly build bungalow is located in a gated resort named, Caribbean Beach Resort on the hill top of Piscadera. This beautiful bungalow has three (3) bedrooms two (2) bathrooms and a very nice living with an open kitchen.
In the living room it has the latest entertaining equipments such as a DVD player, music installation, cable TV with a flat screen.
There is a community swimming pool and the resort is completely gated in and is only accessible with a remote control. When you walk out of the front door you will see the pool where you can relax and enjoy a swim underneath the caribbean sun. There are plenty of parking spots. The location of this resort is perfect if you like relaxing on the beach. Hooks Hut is very close and is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island that is also known for its dinning and entertainment. Restaurant Sjalotte is down the hill and is known for its fine dining. For gambling you can go to the Marriott hotel that also has several restaurants and nightlife. The Hilton Hotel is right next to the Marriott and has a great gym and spa including tennis courts, bars and restaurant. All this is within walking distance of Caribbean Beach Resort. Price:
Low season: ANG 270,- (USD 150,-) per night for 2 persons.
Each person additional costs ANG 36,- (USD 20,-)
High season: ANG 360,- (USD 200,-) per night

• Villa is cleaned prior to arrival and once a week during stay.
• Guests will be welcomed by our hostess who will give a tour of the property and provide guests with some helpful information of the island.
• We offer a welcome package of groceries for EUR 30,- which will be placed in the villa prior to your arrival.
Price includes linen and an inbetween cleaning.
